Ordered this for a Holiday dress. I love the fit and the feel. In my opinion it is a deeper shade of green than how it appears online. But I’m happy about that. My size for reference: 5’4 188lbs. Comes down to my ankle but does not drag the floor.

I ordered this dress to wear as a guest at a fall wedding and it is the perfect outfit. The material is good quality, construction is top notch and it fits like a glove. It has a bit of a stretch to the material, making it fit snuggly however allowing free movement. It is butter soft and very comfortable. I’m only 5’1, so I did have to cut several inches off and hem it to make it the cocktail length on me, but that was simple to do. I love the flow of this dress. Definitely recommend.

I ordered this dress to wear for a rehearsal dinner in December. There’s only one problem, I can’t wait to wear until then!!! The dress is so soft, has a really good weight, no slip necessary, and pockets!!! I’m 5’6 and it comes to right above my ankles. I’m very happy with this dress and recommend it. I like this MEROKEETY Women’s 2023 Short Sleeve V Neck Velvet Maxi Dress. When I buy dresses made in China, I always size up, as I did with this one. And it fits very well, with lots of room. It’s not too big, it’s just roomy. I’m still not sure I’d recommend buying your regular size, sorry, wish I were more help on that. It goes down to my ankles, so definitely a maxi dress. The dress is very well made with even hems and no puckers where there shouldn’t be ones. The fabric is beautiful, especially the color. It’s polyester, and is a faux velvet, but has a really great shine to it. It looks fantastic. I recommend this product.

The color of this dress is just stunning! I am 5‘4“ , 125lbs and 8 months postpartum. I got a size small in the color, purple colored. Floor Length If You’re Short, Stretchy, Comfy, Big Pockets
I really like this dress, it’s nice enough looking you can wear it formally but comfortable enough and easy care to wear around the house as well. The pockets are nice and deep and the skirt is not too narrow. Dead on almost floor-sweeping ankle length for me at 5’3″. I am 30J/39-34-38 and Large is a good fit on me and aligns with the size chart. If you are bigger in the waist and hips, I would order up. It’s very stretchy. The red purple is very pretty and somewhat unique. This will be a great dress for family holiday gatherings.

This dress she’s little fibers everywhere! Such a nightmare. I wore to an even and the chair I sat at was covered in little orange fibers. If I hugged anyone I got it all over them too. Poor quality.

The fabric is ribbed
I loved the dress. The style was great. The fit was great and I loved the color. But I missed the detail that said the fabric is ribbed. In my opinion the ribbed fabric just made the dress feel cheap. I had to send it back.

Great Quality!
The color of this dress in the sun is just stunning. I get compliments EVERY single time I wear this dress. The material is thick and durable.One thing, if you have a larger bust, size up. I typically wear a medium, but I have issues with the band sitting right on my chest. The v-neck cut is pretty high and too close together, almost as if the dress was intended for someone with very compact shoulders (making shoulders look pretty broad, especially if you have a larger chest). Unless you keep adjusting this dress it can give you slight “uni-boob” due to the slightly-unflattering cut of the v-neckline not sitting at the appropriate part of your chest. Don’t get me wrong, the dress still looks good, but something to keep in mind for sizing if this would bother you.Overall I do recommend this dress, just pay attention to the measurements.

So many compliments!
I never review things but I have never received compliments on a dress like this before.When I first tried this dress on my husband derisively said that I looked like a couch.But it was so comfortable and effortlessly put together that I ignored him and wore it to an event— the compliments I received from other women! And that has happened every time I have worn this. Two women asked me to send them the link. A woman and her tween daughter told me they were fangirling over my look yesterday. Seriously!It’s soft, washes well, flattering and dressy without being clingy or tight, good coverage for those who need to dress up but also need to move around (moms of young kids, event coordinators).I got it in black and I will say, in more stretched areas like around the bust, I wouldn’t trust it to be fully opaque under stage/bright lights. I wear a dark bra and haven’t had any concerns.

First off, this dress is gorgeous. It is surprisingly exactly like the listing. The fabric is gorgeous, it’s comfortable and easy to wear, and it looks great.My biggest note, is that if you’re top heavy this might not work for you (see pictures). You’ll need shapewear and a very “lifting” bra to get the top to line up correctly.If you’re on the shorter end, this’ll be floor length. There were also a couple strings and surger threads I needed to trim before being able to wear. Besides that, gorgeous dress!

Beautiful, comfortable dress. A little see-through
My wife’s review: I am 5 ft tall, 120 lbs, 32D and size small in this dress fits perfectly. The length is good even though I’m very short and the v-neck isn’t too low. It is really comfortable and a very elegant looking dress. It’s difficult to photograph a black dress without the proper lighting, so my photos aren’t the best. The ribbed texture of the dress leaves lines that are partially sheer, so I’ll have to get a black full length slip to wear underneath it. There are pockets, of course. I washed it inside out on gentle cycle and hung it to air dry and it still looks brand new.

I got my wife the blue grey color. I thought it would be good for dinner out or a few upcoming weddings we have to attend. It’s definitely a nice dress, but since it’s ribbed, the thinner part is almost see through so just be mindful of undergarments.

Soft material, great length
This dress is super cute and more gold than champagne in color. It has a smocked waist which is kinda a weird shape in my opinion- it almost looks like a belt to me. The sleeves were light and flowy too and the outside material is like velvet ribbed.

Needs a slip

9-12-23 Even gives this lumpy girl a bit of shape, stretchy and comfortable. I ordered the XL in purple. For reference I’m 5-8″ or 5’9″ if I stand up straight, range between 205-210lbs, size 44C, typically wear a 16-18 or 1xl to 2xl depending on the cut-fabric-manufacturer, round in the middle – apple shape. Flatter butt at every stage and weight in my life, My inseam, from crotch to floor, is 31-1/2″. Waist, or lack there, of 47″. I really like this dress!- It’s 4 way stretch keeps you from feeling bound up.- The shimmery velvet corduroy, refracts lights and seems to give me a slimmer look just as a larger print typically does. It also doesn’t collect fibers as cotton type velvets do.- Large pockets lay flat when empty, are deep enough to accommodate keys, phone, and wallet without looking like a pack mule. But still check your items while sitting or standing up.- It’s alluring neckline, while does show a little cleavage isn’t beyond my comfort level, and allows me to highlight some of my jewelry. – The wide open wing type sleeves, are not restricting and dont expose my bra. Great for those of us with larger upper arms. – Elastic empire waist is great for those of us who have a belly and most any dress with elastic waist ends up under the bosom anyway. So why not start there, and it gives this lumpy body the appearance of a figure. – Easy care fabric, I just machine washed on cool gentle cycle, then cool air machine dried. – Perfect travel dress, you can even ball it up in your luggage, then pull it out and wear it. No steaming or ironing is needed since it already has a crushed velvet appearance. – Great for weddings, holidays, a night out, and tone it down with a belt for an office. So comfortable
This dress is one of the favorites I’ve ever worn. The material is so soft, it is stretchy, lays nicely. I am 5’7” 142 lbs, usually wear size small or medium, size 4-6, size B-C in bras, 27-28 in jeans. I got a size medium and it fit really well.

Cuter than expected
I usually wear cotton or linen dresses but I impulse bought this dress to fit the brown/blue color palette for family photos and add some texture. I got several compliments on the dress at the park and it photographed well. I am 2 months postpartum and thought the dress was forgiving. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase

Dress material is nice but not flattering on bust
The dress itself is a nice material and rich in color. This “winered” I have on is a medium; I chose according to the size chart because I’m an 8/10. The bust is not flattering however. I’m 5’5″, the length is slightly shorter than I prefer. I typically like maxi lengths longer and this cuts off a couple inches above my ankles.I ordered another one in large and hoping that one will arrive in time for my event and really hoping it fits me better! Mainly the bust is what’s bothering me.

Not great for larger bust
Cute dress but Sizing runs small. If you are a DD or bigger the dress won’t fit right. Other than that it’s super cute and I loved the pockets. The sleeves look longer on the model.I ended up sending it back due to the way it fit if you have a slender more athletic build it could be really cute.

I am going to wear this to my moms wedding and its just what I expeted.it is a bit long but that may be because i am short. its very bouncy and its a shiny velvet. arownd the waist is very comfutible. this dress is great would recomend. (:

Beautiful dress, but unflattering on the chest
This dress is beautiful and the fabric is super soft, thick, and high-quality, but unfortunately, the cinching under my chest was really unflattering. I am 5’11”, and I was pleased with the length of this dress though because it reached my mid-calf. I also loved the color, but I will be returning since it didn’t fit my body as well as expected.

A lot of material
Even though the material is relatively lightweight, there is a lot of it and dress was too heavy. The sleeves were too short for me, shorter than they looked in photo. Fit as expected, but not what I needed.

Perfect Dress
This dress is absolutely perfect. The material is such good quality, it’s stretchy, has pockets but still looks so elegant. My favorite thing is how comfortable it is. The length is perfect. Solid 10 out of 10 recommend. Personally if you are plus size like me this dress will make you feel amazing the pictures on here really do it no justice. Had I not seen it on a plus size person in a video where she had the dress linked in her comments I probably never would have given this dress a second thought just seeing it on here. It is very plus size friendly.

Favorite dress
I LOVE this dress. It’s super comfortable and thick so it’s warm. Great for fall and winter. I am short so it basically hits my ankles but looks great! Pockets are great too!

Lovely dress.
I always appreciate it when people post their height, weight and bust size. This helps me to determine my own size. I am 5’1″ tall and weight 152 lbs. I wear a size 36 G bra. So as you can tell I am quite busty. I ordered this dress to wear for church and love it. I wore it on Sunday and got lots of compliments. And it is very comfortable. The color and material are so pretty. I really enjoy the pockets as well. I like this dress so much I have ordered another color. The only drawback is I am going to need to hem it. It is a bit too long for what I like. But that is because of me being so vertically challenged. I hope this helps someone else make the decision.

Pretty but not for petites!
I ordered this dress in 2 different sizes for an upcoming holiday party. They look great on the models, but are cut very strangely! I’m only 5′ 1″, and 150, so I figured this dress would be long, but it was FLOOR LENGTH on me!! I was completely covered from head to toe. The butterfly sleeves went down past my elbows. The bodice covered my chest, absolutely no cleavage, it fit more like a T-shirt. Because I’m short, most dresses hang low on my bust and I need to alter them to cover some of my cleavage. The XL was the recommended size, and I swam in it. I usually wear a large. The Large fit me a bit better, but the fit over my bust looked weird. I have an ample chest, and it made me look like a covered-up granny. Honestly, this feels more like a house dress, something I’d wear around the house to be comfy, it’s soft and stretchy. Might be good for a work party or family dinner, but it it didn’t make me feel dressed up. It felt like jammies. I may order in a different color to wear for pajamas.

Shipping was terrible
The dress is beautiful. I love the color and the size is typical. The seller didn’t even ship the dress until the day it was suppose to arrive at my house. I had ordered this dress for a special occasion and thought the seller would ship the day it was purchased. The shipping notification said it finally went to the carrier the day I was suppose to receive the dress. Bummer I wasted the money. Shipping not dependable

A smidgen small
Bust was a bit tight and I wasn’t a fan of the line going down the center of the top. For reference I am not super busty and this barely fit me. So maybe size up if you’re bigger than a C or D.
